Is this a booking service?
No. Where Next? helps you find and compare destinations and plan routes. Bookings are made directly with hotels, airlines and activity providers.
How does billing work?
Choose $4.99 USD per month or $19.99 USD per year. The annual plan is billed as $19.99 upfront, not $1.67 each month. Both plans include full access and renew automatically at the selected interval until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from My account to stop future renewals. You keep access through the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments; contact support for refund requests.
Are prices and weather guaranteed?
No. Local budgets are estimates; seasonal temperatures describe typical conditions. Flights, availability, actual weather and individual travel costs vary. Check current conditions and official travel advice before booking.
How do I get back in?
Log in with your purchase email address and the password you chose. Your saved places and routes are linked to that account.
Can I see my purchase or get help?
Your account shows payment status and your order reference. Payment confirmation is emailed after your purchase is verified. Contact clear365.findnextwhere@gmail.com for help or refund requests.

What you are purchasing
A personal, non-transferable account for the current Where Next? destination finder and travel planner. Choose a monthly subscription for $4.99 USD per month or an annual subscription for $19.99 USD per year. Both include full access. Annual billing charges $19.99 upfront; the approximate $1.67 monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge. The final total is shown before confirmation. Your selected plan renews automatically at the same price and interval until cancelled. Access begins only after payment is confirmed and continues for the paid period.
Renewals and cancellation
Cancel anytime from My account to stop future renewals. Cancellation retains access until the end of the period already paid for and does not automatically refund that period. A failed renewal does not extend access; access can end when the paid period expires. Provider payment retries may continue unless you cancel. Contact support for billing issues. Existing customers who purchased the previous one-time offering keep that purchase under its original terms and are not automatically subscribed.
Access and your account
Keep access to your email secure. Use your own account; you may use it across your devices. Do not resell access, share credentials, bulk extract the destination collection or misuse the service. A refund, reversed payment or payment dispute may suspend paid access while the matter is resolved. Contact us if this affects you incorrectly.
Travel information
Information is for planning and inspiration. Budgets are estimates, weather is variable, and listings or opening hours may change. We do not sell travel bookings or guarantee safety, availability or suitability. Verify entry requirements, accessibility, current travel advice and booking conditions with the relevant official providers. Map routes illustrate connections, not booked flights or navigable itineraries.
Refunds and consumer rights
Contact clear365.findnextwhere@gmail.com with your order reference for billing problems, service faults or refund requests. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded. Where local law provides a cancellation period for digital content or services, those rights apply; any lawful exception for immediate digital delivery depends on the applicable law and your express consent. These terms do not promise a blanket “no refunds” policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance and interruptions can happen. A subscription covers access during its paid period and does not promise perpetual operation or every future product. Material service changes will be communicated to affected customers, and any applicable remedies remain available under consumer law.
Your saved content
You can download your travel library from your account. To request deletion or assistance, contact support. Records required for payments, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained.
We use your name and verified email address to create your account and send access and transaction messages. We store your saved destinations, trip routes and purchase status so you can use them across devices. Subscription references, chosen billing intervals, paid periods, cancellation status, payment references, amounts and status are retained for account access, support and payment reconciliation. Security controls temporarily process IP-derived rate-limit identifiers and login attempt metadata.
Payments and service providers
Stripe handles card checkout and PayPal handles PayPal payments. Card numbers and payment credentials are entered with those providers, not stored in Where Next?. Supabase provides account authentication; Resend delivers transaction messages; Cloudflare Workers and D1 host the service and account database. When additional sign-in verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to help prevent automated abuse. Password hashes are managed by Supabase and Where Next? does not store your plaintext password. These providers process information necessary to perform their services and may process it in other countries. Their applicable agreements and safeguards govern those transfers.
Photos, weather and maps
Destination and activity pages load photographs from Wikimedia and Wikipedia. Seasonal weather guidance and accommodation recommendations use stored data. We do not request your device’s precise location or contact a live-weather provider when you view a destination.
Cookies and storage
An essential, secure session cookie keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. Device preferences such as temperature and distance units may be stored in your browser. Your main travel library is stored on your account. No advertising pixels, cross-site marketing tracking or automatic newsletter enrolment are included in this version.
Purpose, retention and choices
Account, payment and travel-library information is processed to deliver the service you request. Limited security processing protects accounts and prevents abuse. Payment records may be kept to meet legal obligations and handle disputes. Account data is retained while needed for these purposes; request deletion or a copy at the contact above. You can also export your travel library from your account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
